The following story illustrates just one part of what feels like a major clampdown which is happening in America at the moment.
One by one people’s rights are being taken away.
The following story is alarming for many reasons … where is the `criminality’ in this case….?
Is the American government saying that it is now a criminal offence to protect one’s child…?
Are lawyers who are doing the job of protecting their clients `criminals’…?
It seems that there are no limits to what a government can do in the name of what it deems to be matters of `national security.’
America has been called `The Land of the Free’ … and we all know that this is a fallacy …. however in these times it is calling for its people to be brave.

America seems to be almost at shut down mode. So many basic human rights are being taken away. This woman is brave to be prepared to go to prison rather than hand over the names of her clients. She knows what may happen to these families if she does … and this song that gets sung in America `The land of the free’ … ludicrous.

I decided to stop being mysterious.
The problem is that most Americans have been so utterly programmed to believe this stuff…..it can’t be easy to just drop it all. Would you believe that this song – their national anthem – is sung before every football/baseball game and Rodeo? Everyone stands up and puts their hands on their hearts while they sing!

I know. Last time we were in NZ they were doing the same thing … it was really odd. They never used to bang on about the flag and the anthem … Our daughter used to roll her eyes so much about it all … especially the flag business. They used to put it up each day at school .. what is that all about!
Imagine them trying to get the kids to do that here in Britain …. nah … hahahaha! Although … people still go out and wave the flag at the boomin’ Queen. The kids in America have to sing that bloody song every day of their lives … it is such a load of rubbish. Sea to shining sea !! Oh yeah .. tell that to the people affected by the oil spill in the Gulf. Anyone who can sing that song and believe what they are singing is deluding themselves.
I am not keen on Nationalism of any sort. NZ is just as ridiculous with it all. There are ads about NZ – 100% pure … um… Clean and Green…? Not really … it is crazy how puffed up people get about `their’ country … when all these anthems and flags and rubbish do is divide, divide, divide. It is one the worst kinds of mind control. Religion and Nationalism cause the most problems here … it will be great to get rid of them both.
Imagine there’s country it isn’t hard to do … nothing to kill or die for … and no religion too.
Good grief … what a rant! I will now go and have a cup of tea.
