This morning I remembered a transmission from Judy Satori which helps in `smoothing the energies’. It is from the full moon transmission back in February.
I have searched it out again and listened to it this morning … due to the increased energies we are currently experiencing.
It is at the beginning of this transmission.
Great thanks I’ll do later. I’ve been doing judys protect your mantra which acts as a buffer around your energy. Ive been enjoying doing that and am in the process of learning it. Very tired today Zzzzzzzzzzzz. Hugs

I had to come back to this again…today, as the energies have gone up again. I didn’t know why I was dizzy yesterday and out of sorts and today my heart and throat chakras are buzzing with tremendous energies again with lots of tears. I had a break for a week or two. I then noticed an online post about solar flares a couple of days ago and realized the cause. I am hoping I can function tomorrow but wanted to write to thank you for pointing out Judy Satori’s transmission for the purpose of smoothing out these energies. I truly need it today.
