Aug 28 2010 – Open Heart Communication

Recently I have begun to develop a way of communicating through the heart and I received the following message from Gaia while out walking.

I received a strong feeling that we are all capable of communicating in this way with every living being be it animal, mineral or vegetable if we simply intend to open our hearts to whomever we wish to communicate with.

Here is the message which I received from Gaia :

I am one entity and yet I am made of many lands. Each land has a personality, a resonance. There are lands which are hot and tempers flare, others which are cooler and reflect this nature in their peoples. And yet they are all part of me. They are all part of the One. This is the message for you. Just as these are all facets of my personality and being so too are you of many parts .. and yet, you are still One .. you are you. That is why we say when you look at another you are looking at yourself. I am both sides of the countries who are at war. I am Muslim. I am Catholic. I am Jew. I am all of these things. They are part of me. I can see both sides because I am both sides and when you begin to open your hearts you will know this to be true for yourselves.

This is the new mode of communication – through the heart. In this way we can ALL communicate authentically. One simply has to open one’s heart and merge with another – to know their story as your own.

In time you will all be able to communicate with all living beings through this way, through the heart. And this communication will be true so there will be no hiding. We will all know ourselves and each other. We will have to forgive because we will need to be forgiven. When we learn to communicate through our hearts there will be no separation. We are all One.

Aug 30 2010 – Mother Nature Speaks

While out walking I affirmed that my heart was open and I began to get this message ….

All of life can be observed through nature. All of the lessons are here. You look at the water and marvel at its beauty and its clarity and the sun as it shimmers on its surface. This light. This light that you see is your very self reflected back at you.

If you open your heart and feel love, BE LOVE then everything in turn must respond to this vibration.

This is a two way communication. If you want to see the best in people, be love. If you want to change a situation, be love. Indeed if you want to change the world, be love.

Love is a word of action. One can be love and feel its vibration and also at the same time it is alchemy which transforms. It is the very sun which melts the ice, the softness of water which can in turn go through the stone.

The waters which you walk beside a pure and joyful. You are very close to their source and this in turn creates a high vibration. To be close to the source, to have this purity is what is needed at this time. Be like a child. The child who has joy in his heart, who loves himself , who is amazed at the wonder which is who he is.

It is a time for purity, clarity and openess so that you can step forth and be like the cool , fresh water which you gaze upon.

Let the sun shine down on you and be transparent in your feelings, dare to let others see who you really are.

Be love.

Sep 2 2010 – Breathe

I received this message today … messages are coming to me from a number of sources.
I thought I would share this with you:

There is much to be gained in being soft, being fluid. To be open and able to change with the times which are upon us it is necessary to be yielding.

To yield like a tree. To gain ground through stretching so that you can be all you can be. In this softness there is strength.

This is no time to be rigid in any way. This old show of strength will not respond in this new time. This is the time of transformation. A time to let go not just of what is no longer needed but to truly let go of yourselves, of your limitations. You are not a fixed commodity. You are ever-changing. Your entire body has rebuilt itself many times. It contains the very particles which connect it to all life.

To access the energy – breathe. Breathe deeply for there is abundance there. Your breath transforms your body. Your breath is the doorway to other lands.

In order to ascend , transcend. Transcend all which you thought was possible. Transcend who you have seen yourselves to be. Become the motion of which is coming. Become this energy which is all around you now.

Breathe so that you can let out all of the tension which has locked you in a way of being which truly is not who you really are. Your breath is the key. The way to grow is through your breath. To breathe and stretch and build yourselves anew.

Let go of your bodies and breathe.

Sep 3 2010 – Communications with the Sun

The sun is shining on us in the Northern Hemisphere. It is feeling a bit last its last hurrah. I have been trying to get on with some mundane tasks but the sunshine has been calling me outside. The sun is calling me …

This is the message I received ….

It is important at this time to be in the Light. Not just to reach for the higher ground in your vibrations but also to quite literally be in the Light. You are undergoing an evolution in which you are moving on from being carbon based and therefore, it is important for you to photosynthesise just as the plants have always done.

I am here as an energy source of Light.

And not only my Light of the Sun but also the Moon and the Stars. It is necessary to be out and to bathe in this Light. This Light is necessary for the renewal of your cells, for your awakening, for your acceleration, your communication and knowledge of the Oneness of ALL.

Be of the Light Yes! But also be IN the Light.

Take some time to be in nature and take time to bathe in our Light. It is a necessary part of your growth.

Charge up. Charge up yourselves. You take care to charge up your devices but you also need to take the time to charge up yourselves.

There is a flower and it has been given the name of the Sun. See how it turns its head to the source. It opens its face towards me. It drinks in the energy it needs.

You can do this too. Raise yourselves up to my power source. I am not to be feared. I am a portal. Of this you will know when you begin to connect with my energy.

Be like a flower in the sun. Receive my energy and hear your cells dance in the light. To be light and to lighten.

I am this essence.

Sep 5 2010 – A joining together

I received this message this morning. I have no idea where from … I had some trouble sleeping last night. Yesterday had been a strange day with one thing and another.

My daughter and I were out walking and then suddenly we both felt odd… as if the earth had tilted. My daughter fell over and remarked that everything seemed to be going to one side. I felt it too. We both felt very hot as well and slightly dizzy.

It was a bizarre feeling which stayed with us for a while. And this morning I heard these words ….

We know that you feel it. The beginnings of change. There is a connection with the elements now – a merging. Your lights are beginning to join together and this is good. This joining together of intent in love has the strength which will see through to the new world.

The lights were like a lattice but now the song is a high note which drifts above , hanging in mid-air and opening the higher heart. Many are feeling this. This tsunami of love , this out pouring of love vibrations which is heard by the elements with which you are merging.

This joining together is needed now. This focus like your Sun which shines on all, which does not ask or wonder but shines on everything in its path.

Be all that you can be now. Let yourselves go. Love one another. Do not hold back. Do not fear.

The changes which are coming, which are here will bring forth this love but you can do this now.You can be love for love’s sake.

When you begin to let go of the boundaries of your physical bodies you will begin to speak with one voice. This is the voice of love and its vibration will lift you out of the way.

Choose love always.

Sep 11 2010 – There will be a sound…

I woke last night at about 3am with a raging sore throat and my head felt so heavy that I could not hear anything. It was a strange feeling of inward pressure and then I heard these words ….

There will be a sound. This vibration will call to your cells which will separate and dance and join many. This separation will create a joining together. This is the paradox.

In order to merge with the Oneness it is necessary to separate. Your very cells will be able to do this and dance a whirlwind dance of the highest frequency. Your cells will alight with this resonance.

This sound was in the beginning. It is a familiar sound. It has called before to all of Creation. It is the sound of Creation itself.

It will cause an expansion. This sound , this vibration, this calling to merge back together as One entity again.

You will hear a sound.

Well, right now the only sound I can hear is a buzzing in my head from this `flu feeling’ I have had for the past few days. J

It has made me think about different sounds … primitive sounds. This sound I have in my head at the moment reminds me of the cicadas. It is a constant buzzing noise you have when your ears are slightly blocked and your head feels full … I will be glad when it leaves me.

Sep 14 2010 – Search for the gift …

Was woken at about 3am (what’s new =) )  with another message …

Search for the gift

It is always there – the gift. Sift amongst what is brought into your day. The gift is there watching you. You will see it  .. once you uncover it.

Nothing is wasted. There are signs everywhere. If your heart is asking for something. If it is true. Your call will be answered. Search for the gift.

The gift is always brought to you. What you ask for is always given. It is this case, always.

Your heart puts out the energy and it is always heard, always answered but sometimes you have to search for the gift.

Your plea is energy which is sent out and this energy must be answered, it must reach completion so that the Universe can unfold and move and change and stretch and smile.

This is all energy – even your most silent requests. I want Love – your heart says. This energy flies out and is seen by us all and then the gift is sent forth and we are happy.,

It will come. It WILL come. You may not recognise it at first. But then one day, you will look up and remember and say

- YOU, you are the gift.

… Now … when I heard this what I heard in the end was … oh … yes .. you .. I have found that nugget of gold that is the gift in this situation.

Looking at it again … It could mean that it is You the person the one looking is the gift but I don’t think that is what it is at all.

The gift is when you are in the  midst of `something’ .. which, let’s face it, we ALL are now and you look up and see the gift that this particular situation is giving you.

At this moment in time I belive that the gift which was speaking to me is the gift of joining together at this time, pulling all of our resources to become One  … THAT is the gift of the moment.

Sep 14 2010 – All that is …

I have been wondering what is going on lately and I asked for Mother Mary’s help and guidance .

I received this message:

Oh … you are still looking for answers outside of yourselves.

It is all within you.

The ancestors who have wisdom. They are you.

The star beings in other dimensions. They are  you.

It is all the Oneness.

And when you know this to be so, when you feel this in your heart, there will be no need to search and search outside of yourselves.

It is time.

It is time to remember, to bring those memories forth. To bring those experiences in which you feel, you know, are in you.

Bring them forth.

Each of you now.

When each of you recall in your hearts your place it will be like a click.

Each piece will come together in the knowledge, in the certainty of all that is.

Sep 16 2010 – Listen to your heart …

I asked Mother Mary for guidance today after what has been a big of tumultuous week.

This is the message I received …

We laugh – oh we do in this world of ours as we see you.

Yes, there has been much to – ing and fro – ing with the energies of the earth experience.

Your lives are turning and shifting. You see things one way one day and quite a different way the next.

This is how it must be.

The change in vibration in the frequencies in which you reside are experiencing an ebb and a flow. So too are you.

You drift on these currents. Once up, then down. Sometimes untouched, other times pulled into the undertow which seems to then vanish as you turn around.

Do not be dismayed. Do not be disheartened. Do not lose heart.

The heart is the most precious measuring device for what is occurring on your earth now.

If you hold a balance and your centre in the heart you will know what is true.

If, as you say, your head is turned you may have to change direction.

There seems to be much fuss and rush in your world.

Yes, things are speeding up but also they are still.

Everything is still and sure in your heart.

Be sure to visit often.

Sit in your own heart centre.

This is the place of your truth.

Here lies all answers.

Here lies the way.

Listen to your heart.

This cannot be said enough.

There are many , many paths to reach a destination and each path is precious, each path is unique and each is needed.

Go your own way.

The way of your own heart.

Be that truth.

…. I had to laugh to myself .. this is quite a  long message … I can still hear the laughter in her voice as I did at the beginning of this message. I guess we do seem pretty funny from that vantage point!

Sep 20 2010 – Let it be…

Yes … I have been chatting with Mother Mary. She speaks to me often now and has been explaining that she has always been with me.

I have been having a strange day. Things have been coming up from my past … yes the tugging at my sleeve has been there today again. I have felt a `not all there’ feeling and so I asked Mother Mary what was going on.

She told me ….

Time is the essence. You are always in a state of flux. A state of flux is how this must be for the time being  for a new life is being born. Do you recall when your baby was growing inside you. Did you not trust that all would be well. Did you not feel the stirrings of this new life inside of you. New life is beginning right now. There are different stages to this rebirth.

You are at the brink of a new stage now. Your clothes do not fit you so much anymore. That is how it is – you are changing. This change is coming. You have set the scene. The ground has been prepared and now you must ALLOW this change to take place. Make space for the changes which are coming.

This is not a passive movement but you are also not trying to make things happen. You do not have to appear to be making these changes. This is not the way of the energy now.

You can make the move towards these changes. You can come to greet them. You can change your clothes and dress for the occasion. It is coming. You are here. Be as if it is already upon you and then one day you will see that it is you. You are here.

Yes, the song that you have been hearing and thinking about me. It is how it must be if you ALLOW it to be. Let it be.

I did laugh at the Let it be bit because I had been asking for the past few days for her to show me that it is indeed really her voice which I have been hearing and I have heard that song by the Beatles a few times over the past few days.

Also … the new clothes part was interesting as when she had finished speaking to me there was a knock at my door and a new item of clothes which I had ordered arrived.

Ha Ha ..!  I had been feeling quite low on energy today but now I feel a lot higher. Amazing what a high energy message from Mother Mary and a fabulous new jumper can do for a girl!

Sep 23 2010 – Waiting and Time

I have been feeling a bit impatient lately. I have been wanting to push things and I have heard Mother Mary talk to me about Allowing ..

Today she spoke to me again about waiting and time …

As you move out of your timeline. You will see that time cannot be contained in this way.

It travels backwards and forwards, loops back on itself as if to pick up the loose threads.

It expands and contracts – like your breath. It reacts to your heart.

You are the hour – glass.

All is linked together forming a most beautiful pattern.

Each encounter touching another and another which sets in motion events and what you would call `chance meetings’.

Nothing is by chance or everything is by chance.

It depends how you wish to view this.

Yes – the waiting.

You are not happy with this but as the illustration of the seed in the darkness shows

waiting does not have to imply passivity.

One does not have to be in pursuit of something which is on its way to you.

Would you chase after the falling leaf if one were to land in your hand?

Be sure that you are in the right place.

Know that all is in order.

Trust that it is all in hand.

Oct 5 2010 – You are the Playmakers

The energy since the Equniox has been intense. It feels like the end of times … there is change in the air .. and there is a sense of waiting.

The last time I heard Mary speak to me it was about waiting .. and she is right I am not happy with this. It seems to me sometimes that I have spent a huge section of my life waiting . This is not really the case at all of course because things are always happening and moving and if I looked at my life it would seem like there is always an awful lot happening all of the time … but , like when you are travelling at top speed on a train there is that sense of slowness.

At the moment I am finding the energies intense and I am having to work at maintaining balance and equilibrium. A simple thing like not getting a good night’s sleep can throw me off balance completely.

Yesterday I asked Mother Mary about the energies which we are experiencing at the moment.

And these are the words I heard ….

As the energies intensify upon your earth plane. You will begin to feel a pressure.

When you feel this pressure you have choices.

You can soften yourself and go with the energy’s flow.

This requires trust for as you move in this way you will find yourself surpassing all the limits you have placed on yourself.

The key to this path is the breath. Your breath can transform your very being.

There is a chance here for you to stretch beyond yourself. The freedom which will come by softening the self and merging with this energy will be expansive. There is a knowledge in this energy – a living knowledge.

In the vastness of this space all is possible.

This is the way of the open mind and expansive heart.

Another choice is to resist. There is no judgment here for each will take their own path at this time.

Remember there is always choice.

There is another way of total surrender. The way of the white flag. A surrender to the highest outcome for all.

Remember as you walk to be aware.

You do not walk this path alone.

Let your soul guide you on.

All is always unfolding.

Each player knows his part.

There is neither hero nor villan in this piece.

If you look for the light it is this you will find.

If you warn of the dark it will find you.

You are the playmakers and the outcome will always be as each predicts.

Remember this – you always get what you ask for.

Know your own self.

Pay attention.

Be brave of heart.

Oct 6 2010 – The Reunion

When I feel disconnected in any way the best thing for me to do is take a walk in nature. It helps to feel the connection with Nature and quite often I will receive a message from Gaia.

The other morning I did this and this is the message I received :

I am your Mother.

I feel this pain in your heart and it is separation. The pain of separation.

And yes you have always felt this way. This feeling of what you think of as homesickness.

Well, let me tell you there is to be a homecoming soon.

The separation which you feel is of consciousness with your family and what a large family it is.

This family stretches on and on. There is no separation.

You have been told that there is only love and fear and that all the rest is illusion.

This is where the path to cohesion begins.

You have been asking for directions well I can tell you this.

In the course of each day there are points of change.

In each situation you have the choice to choose love or choose fear.

When you are truly aware of this you will no longer see any separation.

You will only see an action which has come from the vibration of fear.

So – would you shout at a frightened child.

I would think not. You would offer a safe place to uncover this fear.

Here lies the challenge and the reunion.

You have had some teachers. You know the vibration of fear well.

In this be grateful because you also know what lies beneath the fear.

In the beginning there is only love.

Then one learns to cover this.

It takes courage to choose love.

But the reward is the knowledge of Oneness.

Oct 21 2010 – Somewhere in Between

Yesterday I felt the energies to be wild and strong and for me it felt like I was driving a very fast and powerful car… and I am not the most competent driver at the best of times.
By the evening I could feel Mother Mary’s presence and then the song `Somewhere in between’ by Kate Bush came into my head.
I had been playing the `radio game’ with songs yesterday … so this seemed to be a way of getting my attention

Here is her message:

There is much information available is there not.

This has seen you running here and there skimming on the energies like a pebble across the water.

Take some time now to adjust to the changes within you.

There is excitement as you see things appear before your eyes – as you wonder at the mastery of this.

Once you balance within you will see balance without.

I have spoken about breath often.

Your breath regulates your highest heartbeat which affects the energies of all.

You have learned that every living being has its own song.

The spaces in between the breath hold the vibration.

It is the spaces in between.

This nothingness which goes unnoticed in the intelligence within your very body holds the energies of NOW.

This NOW moment of stillness.

Let the energies come down and be in this space of in between.

This is where the places of remembrance are to be found.

Oct 26 2010 – Warriors of Love

I received this message from Mother Mary yesterday evening. I have written about the crazy energies I have felt over the past few days when I have felt wild as the wind. This morning I feel like I did in the early stages of pregnancy … kind of queasy.

Oh .. these energy down loads …

Anyway here are her words …

Yes, I have spoken of these gaps within where you can see the truth of who you really are.

And you are seeing this.

When you smile at people you pass on the street.

When you want to reach out and connect with another to make them feel good and lighten their day.

This is the Power of You.

Do not be afraid of who you are.

Do not deny others the gift of your self.

You are needed now.

Be all you are.

This energy which you are feeling.

You know this and remember it well.

All the other selves return to you.

And you so you smile with this knowledge.

For what else is it there , my dear.

This love, this pure song from your hearts is your divinity signature vibration.

Joy is yours and what is joy if it is not shared.

Let the flame of your heart burn brightly so that many more can see their way.

You were made for sharing.

And, if the energies are burning too intensely let nature ease this a little.

Let your light flow down into the crystals beneath your feet so that many more can feel this energy.

Feel love.

Be love.

Nov 4 2010 – Be kind

Last night I felt a sadness … I had read some things which were unkind and I was perplexed about a comment someone had made about something I had written over the weekend. I was telling myself not be so concerned about it all .. to let it go.

Also .. last week I had made the intention to get out and connect more with where I live and this has not been going as well as I’d hoped… again I thought let go, let go …

I was still feeling blue this morning and I felt Mother Mary’s comforting presence.

She began to speak about my feeling the need to DO something and then went on to the heart what was also bothering me.

Here is the message from Mother Mary. It is sort of in two halves …

Yes, I can sense your impatience.

You know you don’t have to DO anything.

There are no shoulds in this.

You ask and you are guided.

Leave room for spirit to move.

When you look at another you look at your self.

When you treat another well the ripples of this expand and create a flow of positive vibrations.

Uplifting vibrations so called because they lift you up.

And yet, when you judge another or your self this same effect turns inward.

Instead of feeling expansive you contract. You fall in on your self.

Lift yourselves up. Expand with beauty and kindness.

See the beauty in your self just as you see the beauty in the stars above you.

When you see only this in your self or another – you are ascending.

You and another – this is the same.

Pay heed when you look at each other.

See only perfection.

Only and always.

Raise yourselves.

Open your hearts.

You are One.

This is the truth of it.

We are One.

So be kind with others and your self and listen to the joyful vibrations of Love.

Kindness swells the heart to expansion and yet it is Light.

Be kind and see the beauty.

Mother Mary’s presence was with me yesterday when I went for a walk.

I was feeling slightly off-centre … here is her message :

In order for you to find your true voice it is necessary to release the songs of others.

Walking in nature you feel the harmonic resonance of the beings around you.

Each tree has its song, as do the rocks and the river.

They sing the song which is their energy signature, their vibration.

This letting go which you have experienced.

It is necessary so that you can reach the stillness and begin to hear your own song.

Sometimes you feel that things do not go as you would have hoped.

Listen to the song you sing.

To be able to truly stand as who you are you need to find your own song.

This vibration is within you.

It is your Divine signature vibration.

Once you begin to feel the resonance of this you will begin to see.

Your path is one of ease and grace when you feel this energy.

Be still, my dear, whenever you feel this discordance.

In the stillness you will hear your voice, your song, your vibration.

Your place in the Oneness of all.

* Occassionally when I hear a message I also get images and feelings attached. There is always the energy there but with this message, as I got most of it when I was outside, there was some imagary involved.
When Mary spoke of each tree etc having its song it was as if I could tune into every being in nature and it did seem to be very harmonious. This is why, she says, we feel so good in nature – every thing is vibrating in its own unique way – the way it was created to.
She then showed me how discordant human beings can be and this is because they are not `in their own tune’. She showed me that once we are `singing our own unique song, our soul song’ then there will be the same harmony.
It looked and sounded amazing.

Mother Mary/ Isis energy     December 9th

I was interested in this whole Mother Mary, Isis … inter-change of energies and so I asked Mother Mary about it.

This is the message which I received:

The Divine Feminine.

This energy comes in different guises.

The flavour of which suits the taste of the seeker.

It does not matter which story one tells.

The conclusion is the same.

Each time has its picture of this energy but it is still the same in its essence.

The story to be told is of the strength in this loving energy.

It is open.

It is expansive.

It embodies all.

Your planet Gaia holds this frequency.

The nurturing energy of the Mother.

The story of your heart

December 21st, 2010

My child, your heart is so closed up.

This is what hurts you so.

And you have learned this some time ago, I know.

This way  – it does not protect you.

It hardens and solidifies your life from your heart centre out.

Do not chastise yourself.

You were only doing what you saw.

But this is not the way now.

Your breath. Yes, I see you breathe in blows to stop this hurting.

The Centre of Knowledge

Things have been milling around in my mind regarding the recent events with the birds, the fish and other animals dying and also the message which I posted on here yesterday from Blossom Goodchild.

Is this the right way to approach this?

Should we simply stop enquiring and trust that all is well?

This morning I received this message from Mother Mary :

My dear, think of the circle.

The mind is on the outside of the circle and when you are wondering so and searching outside yourself for answers this gives energy to the circle.

Energy gives movement and the circle begins to spin.

There is no ground to be gained in this way.

This can only lead one to distraction.

Distraction – that is all this  is.

Inside the circle is your heart and your third eye.

The heart of the matter.

The eye of the storm.

In this space all is still, all is calm.

When you are within and in this space the mind is also calm and clear as a mirror.

This is where true knowledge is to be found.

This symbol – you know it well.

It stands for the sun which illuminates all in its path.

It also stands for gold which is the treasure of true knowing.

There are many dramas and distractions in your world.

Only by going within is true knowledge to be found.

In the centre of your BEing.

The mention of this symbol. The circle with the dot in the middle. I saw this symbol when I practiced Tom Kenyon’s Hathor meditation : The Crystal Palace within and Opening the halls of Amenti in which you concentrate on your third eye (pineal gland). During the meditation I felt something the size and shape of a pea drop down into my heart centre and I saw the symbol of a circle with a dot in the middle.

The days of darkness are upon you

I have not channelled any messages in a long while.

This evening, while contacting Archangel Michael for help in cutting various energy chords I received the following message:

The days of darkness are upon you.

You are unplugging yourselves from the matrix.. from all of these controls ..and they are many.

Do not fear for this is how you find your way.

The lights are extinguished .. the outer voices silenced .. and then you begin to walk.

The only light to guide your way is from within.

Your divine spark seems all the brighter now that it is the only Light to guide you.

Listen with a keen ear.

Pay close attention.

These are the days of darkness.

A necessary dark before the dawn

Um .. yes.. it is certainly feeling this way. This is the longest message I have heard from Archangel Michael … it is usually just the odd few words .. sometimes .. the same ones..

I have had several messages about `unplugging’ myself from various things .. the Sirian’s `eye of the storm’ messages … there feels as if there is a definite storm coming.

I feel that now it is time to`listen with a keen ear’ as Archangel Michael said .. to shut off the outer noise and be guided from within.

Today was a day of roses.

The following is a message which I received from Mother Mary

 

Allowing, making space, receptivity

These energies of the feminine – the opening of the rose – is the energy of creation which is upon you now

And yet I see you resist

You want to push the flow

To check that all is moving as it should

I ask you this – Do you check the river which flows every morning?

You know it is there

You trust its flow

Blessed One – take your mind off the flow of things

As you concentrate your focus burns the very nature of what may come

As the sun condensed on one point will start a fire

So too is the power of your focus

Let the focus shift off centre so that the light can dance

Of this you saw – the three circles of light playing as in dance

This is the energy upon you now

And it needs room to move

You do not have to DO anything

Simply allow the energy to move – and take a lighter step

Less intensity and more ease

These are the days of dancing

Dancing lightly on the winds of change.

* The `three circles of light playing as a dance’  which she refers to is what I had seen a couple of days ago … while daydreaming and looking slightly out of focus .. I had wondered about it at the time.
